(The Time of Angels) Name: Alabaster Gender: Female Age: 6 years Species: Barn Owl
(Flesh and Stone) Appearance: Personality: Alabaster is wise with age and life experience, and is also very patient. Nomad calls her kind, although she can be a little bossy and a little stuffy about certain things, particularly where Nomad's safety is concerned. However, she sees Nomad as something of a child, almost like her own since she has known him ever since he was a pup. Fiercely protective of Nomad, Alabaster is a proud warrior with a sharp tongue and even sharper talons. Though she is quite old, she is still a fierce competitor in a fight, even with opponents larger than her. She serves as Nomad's eyes and ears since she knows that he has a low attention span and for some strange reason he can't focus on the danger around him. Happy to do this, however, Alabaster is loyal ad willing to stick by his side until her dying day.
(Partners in Crime) Associated Character: Nomad History: She was born from a clutch of four eggs, and lived a pretty normal owlet life. As a fledgeling she began to learn how to fly, but learnt the hard lesson that trying to leave the nest too early was a stupid idea, when her brother fell from the tree and ultimately to his death. Alabaster was the first to leave the nest, and the first to have children out of her and her two siblings. After watching them grow up and leave the nest in much the same way she did, Alabaster returned to the wing - because her mate had died she had no reason to stay. One day she returned from a hunt to find a dhole cub in her nest, but rather than shoo the scrawny little thing, Alabaster chose to take him under her wing and treated him much like a child - and that's how its been ever since.

(The Time of Angels) Name: Ember Gender: Female Age: One Species: Mexican Fireleg Taratula
(Flesh and Stone) Appearance:
Original: Click Here~
Personality: Ember is just about Carmine in another body. Shes crazy, hates just about everybody, and often shares in Carmine's kills by simply drinking the blood. Well, that is IF Carmine wants to share.
Ember also loves war, fighting, death, ect... Even though she can't really be in any kind of war herself, shes just as happy watching from a nearby tree. But she often runs up to strange animals just to bite them on the foot or whatever else is in her reach.
Unlike Carmine, Ember hates baby animals, and doesn't wish to have any children of her own. (not that she can of coarse. Shes the only Tarantula!) But when it comes to her friend, Ember can sometimes be a semi-sweet spider.
(Partners in Crime) Associated Character: Carmine History: Unlike other Tarantulas, Ember started her life with another animal even when she was very young. Carmine had been watching the eggs for weeks, and when they finally started coming out, she started trying to catch one. She ended up catching the last hatchling that scurried out of the shell, and named her Ember. Carmine taught the young spider everything she 'knew', even though she didn't know much herself.
A year later, Ember and Carmine are still so called "friends", and they don't plan on splitting up anytime soon. They do get into fights every now and then but thats just want friends (and crazies) do.

(The Time of Angels) I can't buy her yet, but...
Name: Monkey Gender: Female Age: 7 months Species: Fox Squirrel
(Flesh and Stone) Appearance: Monkey is fairly big compared to the average squirrel, stretching out at an even 24 inches and weighing about 2½ pounds. She has a unique coloration, with the base of her coat mainly being a dusky tan while her back and her face is shaded with darker hairs. On the edge of her snout there is a snip of white. Her eyes are round and curious, a very dark shade of brown in color.
While her fur color might signify her name partly, it's her key flexibility and long curvy tail that makes Monkey Monkey. She loves to leap from tree to tree, using her tiny claws and long build to swing across. Overall she's young and picture perfect in health, as evident in her shiny coat and clean appearance.
Personality: Giggly and playful, Monkey can brighten the day of anyone if they let her. She's very much a child who will probably never grow up, always wanting to start up some little game no matter how much trouble she'll get in for it. One of her signature tricks is to climb up trees and throw nuts at anybody passing by, then hide in the leaves when they look up. Of course, when it's autumn or winter and they see her, Haley has to bail her out of nearly being mauled to death.
So, while Monkey can be a real joy to know, she can also be a real pest. Somedays she'll be calmer, while other days she'll be off the wall and hyper. It also depends on what environment she's in. When she and Haley are in the city she tends to be less active, but when they're in the country or by a lot of woods she goes crazy.
(Partners in Crime) Associated Character: Haley History: Monkey is a native of Hexasol, born into an extended family of three siblings, two parents, a grandmother, two aunts and three uncles, plus eight cousins total. Her name wasn't really Monkey at first; it was Pecan. She and her family all lived together at Chestnut Park, a little green area in the more expensive part of town. It had been their family's territory for many generations, and with the humans gone they finally had it pretty much to themselves.
By the time she was about three or four months old, Monkey wasn't as dependent on her parents anymore and contemplated going outside of the park. She loved her family, but for some reason she felt out of place. It just seemed hectic to her with the 21 and counting swarming such a little strip of land, so eventually she did follow her intuition and traveled beyond. As of what happened to them, Monkey has recently heard that their population growth was so high that a majority of them were wiped out from spreading sickness or fighting to death over space.
While she was wandering the city about four months later, Monkey came across a grumpy Golden Retriever. Thinking about playing her favorite prank on the sourpuss of a dog, she climbed up into a tree and threw a couple of walnuts on her head. The dog flipped, and wanted to tear her apart at first. But after an apology and both being curious about one another, they became friends. In fact, they became almost inseperable during their first few days of friendship. It was the dog, Haley, who helped Monkey think of a better name, as she just wasn't a Pecan. Her clownish nature, natural flexibility, and even her coloring matched up to it perfectly.

Well, the bio looks fine, and I suppose there's no problem with it just sitting here 'till you can buy it. Thing is, I can see the copyright on the photo. I know this happens with some CCL photos on flickr, I guess the photographer just wants to make it easier for people to give credit. Either way, just to be sure, can you give me the link to where you found the picture, please?

(The Time of Angels) Name: Severin Gender: Male Age: Twenty-three years Snowy owls range around 35 years in the wild. Species: Snowy Owl
(Flesh and Stone) Appearance:I found it right here.Personality: Severin is your average, and yet not, Snowy Owl. He has a tendency to be shy, disappearing from sight the moment the chance presents itself. He's not very social, preferring to steer clear of packs and other large groups. However, he also has a dangerously intense sense of curiosity. If even the smallest detail seems out of place he jumps to inspect without a thought, his careless and clumsy nature comes into play.
Severin has the worst luck and has a knack for getting himself into ridiculous situations that end up earning him a lot of attention, even though he'd much rather not be noticed. As curious and carefree as he is, he's still anti-social at the core. Because of this he's easily scared off by large groups and absolutely abhors packs. If one's near, he isn't.
Severin loves, above all else, singing. As ironic as it is, considering his species, he loves singing. He sings everything and anything, from his species trademark call to human songs. He can mock almost any sound he hears, having copied the barks and meow of different canines and felines, though they sound very akward and obviously coppied. He still sounds best with his natural sound. The easiest way to make friends with severin is to either compliment his singing or sing with him. Despite his shy and independent personality, Severin, like everyone, is never averse to good company. If you can, somehow, worm your way into the heart of the rambling, repetitive, stuttering, skittish severin you'll find a possessive, passionate, and powerful soul.
(Partners in Crime) Associated Character: Tarantula History: Severin had gone twenty-one long years of being alone. He enjoyed it quite a bit, though found himself being lonely sometimes. He didn't think he wanted friends until he realized he would live thre rest of his life alone and unknown.
On his twenty-second birthday, he meet a very young and alone Oncilla. he cautiously approched the cat. She didn't react to his presance, so he began to introduce himself. Soon after he did, she gave her intro. He was deaply saddened by her story, and promised he would never leave her side. Even with her hate of birds, the cat accepted his offer.
[/size][/blockquote] Also, I'm not sure if this first side-character is free. If I do have to pay for it, I'll try and get the tokens needed. c:

I'm afraid it's not free, Chain. Good luck saving up though! It all looks fine, save one thing. It says the associated character is one named Tarantula, but the history says he met an Oncilla. Which character is it, or are they the same?

(The Time of Angels) Name: Rave Gender: Male Age: 2 Species: Magpie
(Flesh and Stone) Appearance:
(Link)
Personality: Like any magpie, dear Rave is very eccentric and excitable. He is almost always happy and often has a positive outlook - he's certainly never been known as a pessimist, that's for sure. In bad situations he's got a pretty decent ability to talk things down and diffuse potential arguments. Dvorak the Pembroke Welsh Corgi is and will always be his best friend, and Rave will be loyal to the dog to the very end. Rave is fearful of snakes and most cats, preferring to keep far out of their reach. He has a soft spot for kittens, however. No one really knows why, not even him. A private goal of his is to somehow push Dvorak out into the world - he knows that he can't provide every type of contact that the dog needs - and every now and again he goes out searching for some female to bring into the male's life. No luck as of yet though. Oh, and Rave loves shiny things. He has a private (and rather large) collection of shiny things that the humans left behind from spoons to colored shards of glass and everything in between. He has two favorites - both sterling silver bracelets he found in his travels - he wears them around his neck. They look like this and this. They weighed him down a bit at first, but now his wings are stronger than the average bird's due to his persistence in flying with them on.
(Partners in Crime) Associated Character: Dvorak.
History: Rave's birth was rather uneventful. He was one of six chicks, all but one of which made it to full growth. A cat snagged his brother Brinn in their tenth week of life, and this is probably where Rave's fear of cats originated. The magpie left the nest a bit early - always the adventurer he was - and was followed around secretly by his father, whose only aim was to ensure his rebelious son remained safe. After a while though Rave was truly alone, having proven his ability to survive on his own. In his sixth month the bird stumbled upon a sad and disgruntled canine - a Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Dvorak. In his experience, Rave had percieved these creatures to be very pack-oriented, and for this reason the lonely Dvorak intrigued him. With some persistence Rave became the dog's friend, learning all about him and his past. It wasn't too hard for him to become the Corgi's friend due to the canine's personal reasons for avoiding social situations, and Rave was happy to be trusted. For a couple years now the two have lived together in the ruins of Hexasol castle, helping each other to live and provide friendship.

(The Time of Angels) Name: Senka Gender: Female Age: 3 Species: Little red flying fox
(Flesh and Stone) Appearance: Personality: Senka loves to have fun in any way, even if it means bothering someone else, or even if it could potentially put her in danger. She's bold enough to even tease a lion if she thought it would be interesting, for now she finds more entertainment in hunting canines with her partner. She's bold in almost anything she does, whether it's insulting someone or attacking someone. She doesn't always make herself look like a complete outcast in her colony. Senka can be nice when she wants to be, she just thinks that an antagonistic nature is more fun than being a goody two-shoes all the time.
(Partners in Crime) Associated Character: Siri History: She lived her life normally like any other bat other than being a bit of a troublemaker. She wasn't a complete outcast or anything, she just annoyed her colony with her antics. She loved her family but she tended to go out on her own alot, this is how she met Siri.
When Siri had finally escaped the pack of dogs she was trying to hunt. Because the panther was so weak she was failing miserably, even with the help of her black coat. Senka couldn't help but be amused by Siri's failure to catch prey, and after making the black jaguar angry Senka offered to help her. Senka followed Siri almost everywhere after that, she wasn't with her all the time but when they were together the bat would point out to her companion the location of prey or any canines.

Woah, woah, wait a second here guys. I'd like to point out how massive this creature is. Could you please change your side-character breed to something smaller, such as this piece of sexy? I hereby declare a new rule that side characters must be the same size, or smaller, than a domestic cat so that we don't have any massive creatures running around Hexasol x3
