basically, you use ^ to describe the above poster, < to describe yourself, and v to predict something about whoever may post after you.

example:

player one:

< likes cheese.
v is in love with Picasso. :}

player two:

^ apparently loves cheese. O-o
< does indeed love Picasso. >:}
v dances in their underwear.

player three:

^ is a monkey-sniffing muffin. :D
< likes to spin, but not dance in underwear.
v is also a monkey-sniffing muffin like player two. 8D
