The Hexasol Theme Park had long gone dark. The fun lights and sounds of the park had long gone away, silent and solemn. A reminder of what the humans had before they were gone. Walking through the abandoned stands and the smells of old, rotting food, any animal who was old enough to remember the humans could miss the life and energy of this place. Where one could, even as a stray, beg food from a human pup every now and again, perhaps even get some of the scraps from the stands themselves, where you could loose the man or woman from the pound easily in the huge crowds and buildings. Many animals that old held a sense of nostalgia.
This park was where, nowadays, you found the lairs of some of the loner canines and felines of Hexasol. Among these loners was one, a white pelted german shepard mix, resembling a wolf with her figure, who had only recently claimed one of said stands for her temporary home. She never stayed anywhere for long, especially after discovering that her last encounter with a living animal, the wolf Cole, and a one night stand, had left her with a reminder she was not going to soon forget. Since that one night, Aleut had wandered from one place to another, seeking out any familiar faces, and after many an attempt failed, she gave up, moving from place to place, trying to find a safe place to stay. She'd tried the country, and that was what led her to that last encounter in the first place, too long without contact with another creature. She'd tried many a place in the city, and was yet to discover a place. So tonight, a dreary Autumn night, Aleut found herself alone once more, curled up in her little stand.
