"Speech"
He had caught a whiff of her as Orion had been strolling outside of the Tempest territory. The ebony wolf rarely visited the pack anymore, finding the territory too limited, too boring. He enjoyed being alone and exploring the different places around the city. It was better than lazing around in the familiar pack territory that he had grown up in. He knew every nook and cranny and it bored him. As winter approached, Orion knew the more sensible thing to do was to go back home, to find shelter in somewhere stable and safe. But Orion's curiosity and eagerness got the better of him, and instead he decided to roam about in the cold, harsh temperatures. A layer of ice covered the grass that Orion crunched on. It was a satisfying sound. Music to his ears. A small smile quirked upon Orion's lips, before he breathed in the cool, icy air.
Victoria. Orion had met her a few times and found her irresistible. She was gorgeous, flirtatious and enjoyed a good fight. Orion found her interesting, but he wasn't that interested in her personality. That was Orion. Shallow. He liked looking at her. Liked breathing in her scent. His mind is always sent reeling when he meets a pretty looking bitch. He doesn't come across many on his travels, and the ones he does meet are extremely wary of him. It's as though they know exactly what is going on inside his filthy mind and want to get away from him as fast as possible. Victoria is one of the only bitches that actually doesn't mind the attention. Orion's tail twitches at the mere thought of meeting with her again. The wolf is still young, and is still getting used to his body and its responses. He is still too young to mate, but Orion is well aware of the consequences. Well aware of the pleasure.
He idly wonders whether Victoria is as flirtatious as she is with Orion to other males. Probably. Orion knows the type. Hungry for the undivided attention of a handsome young male. A spark of jealousy ignites inside of Orion, perhaps even possessiveness. Orion likes having things to himself. He hated when he was a cub and had to share with his siblings. Three other wolf cubs to share with! Whenever their mother or Ralph brought them meat, and he had to squabble with Adrian, Lyall and Valk. His mind darkened at the thought. He had despised his siblings. Orion had heard a few whispers of what has gone on with them. Valk and Adrian had been foolish enough to go too close to the Iris Pride. Serves them right. He wondered how much of an emotional turmoil his mother was in, especially after the death of Ralph. A sadistic smile appeared on his lips.
That was the problem with Orion. He didn't really care. He had no wish to visit his mother, and hoped that he wouldn't have to see her again. She was too protective and Orion hated how she smothered him. It was why Orion loved being alone now. He let out a cold breath and stopped at the entrance of the park. The grass was thick and overgrown. Roots from the trees now rippled under the once smooth ground. Taking a few steps through the park, Orion could distinctly scent her here. What was she doing here? The park wasn't far from the Tempest territory, so perhaps she was just having a small stroll. Let's hope she wants company. Orion arched his back, lifted his head and let out a loud, long howl into sky.

Actions. | "Speech." | 'Thoughts.'
She’d strolled aimlessly around on the pack’s territory when she’d crossed the scent of the black wolf. She remembered his cheeky grin all too well from the evening where she’d first met him at the cemetery, and she’d really hoped she’d scared him enough to make him stay away. But things apparently didn’t work like that. Baring her teeth at Lee’s scent, Victoria chose to hunt him down. She would personally make sure that he wouldn’t cross the borders again. Nose close to the ground, the Siberian husky mix padded along, following the scent of the young black wolf. But she soon had to realize that the male already had left the pack’s territory. Looking in the direction his scent led her, she wondered if she still should chase after him. It was cold, but her fur was thick and protected her body from the chilly winds, so it wouldn’t be a problem if she was gone for a while. The problem just was that she seldom left the pack’s territory… Was Lee worth crossing her parents’ wishes?
Of course.
Though he was a foul trespasser, Victoria still hoped to have a bit of fun with him. He was a male after all, and when being a wolf, that just made Lee even better in her eyes. And now when he wasn’t on the Tempest Pack’s territory, she didn’t have to hunt him away. Victoria was one and a half year by now and thereby no silly puppy anymore. And even though she was far from fully adult either, Victoria’s body was developing. Males were growing more interesting to her and she had to admit that she loved their attention – especially when she could have them for herself. Females who tried to get near those she flirted with would often be snapped at. Because though she was deaf on her left ear, Victoria’s confidence was in top and wouldn’t let herself be pushed away by others. She knew perfectly well how to maul others with her superior build. She was big for a female of her kind, taking after her father Clegane, but of course still with a smaller and definitely more feminine twist to it, just like her mother Nemesis.
The juvenile increased her pace and took careful notice to where she went. Since she hadn’t really been out before, she might just as well learn something now when she was gone. Getting an idea of how Hexasol looked like was important if she one day should get out on a mission. Running down the streets and crossing boulevards, Victoria created a mental map as well as she could while also following Lee’s scent. After a while she was led to a park and came to a halt. The scent of the black wolf was very fresh now, but she couldn’t see him just yet. ”Lee?” she called, waving her tail slightly behind her, hoping he would hear her. Her voice was more hesitant than she’d expected it to be, and after taking a second feel of her body’s reactions, she could tell that she was a tad nervous. To her it sounded awfully vulnerable compared to how she used to be, and she hated herself for it. But she was quite far from home and the thought about felines close by made her unintentionally nervous.

Lee paced back and forth along the dying grass in the park. The winter's freeze seemed to have crept up on Hexasol quickly this year. He himself wasn't worried about the continuing snow and ice, but something strange had caught his eye recently. A sickness in the air that seemed to be quickly growing into an epidemic around the city. He hated how something like that could make him so nervous. Autumn had finally returned home, and he was a little more comfortable, a little safer, then he had been on his own.
However the possibility that the both of them could get sick crossed his mind earlier, and it had sent him into a bit of a panic. If they somehow both manged to catch this... plague, as the creatures of the city had been calling it, they would be nothing short of doomed. No pack members to rely on to bring them food, water, shelter from the blizzards. So he had immediately set off towards Tempest with the intention of asking Brooke to join - but now that he was drawing ever closer, he hesitated.
Lee didn't want to join the Tempest Pack. Perhaps it was wrong of him to feel so bitter towards the dogs there, but his mother and father had both died to protect their stupid ideals and fight their holy wars or whatever the hell they wanted to call it. Sure, maybe it wasn't the fault of the canines residing inside those boarders specifically, but Lee didn't hold nearly as much disdain for felines as his parents had. He didn't want to pick a side. He would rather die then contribute to this never ending battle.
But Autumn. What about Autumn? He didn't want to lose his brother a second time. He didn't want to lose anyone else ever again. Not ever.
Before he could make a decision, however, a familiar voice called his name. Ears pricking upwards from his head, Lee sniffed the air. Yes... it was her.... He couldn't remember her name. Damn it. Still, he wouldn't let that stop him from having a bit of fun. Worries temporarily forgotten, Leonardo sauntered over to the husky mix, eyes alight with their usual mischief, "Well, well, well~ If it isn't Miss Firecracker!" Yes, an obnoxious nickname would have to do. But before more words could be said, a howl rang out from just a small ways off. Lee tilted his head, his puplike curiosity still present even as he was growing into an adult, "Seems like the less fun version of me followed you out here."

Orion waited in the same spot for several minutes, listening to the world go by. He heard every leaf crunch, every twig snap, every bird caw. He narrowed his eyes, trying to focus on the relevant sounds. Orion had always had trouble concentrating, but he was getting better. As no one appeared, Orion began to walk towards the fresh scent of Victoria. He was intensely curious as to why she was out here. Nose glued to the cold ground, the ebony wolf began to follow the trail. It was a bitterly cold day, but not as cold as what will come. His fur has thickened over the past few months to help him for winter and he had been eating as much as possible to build up a layer of fat. The wolf wouldn't need to hunt for a while now. His paws were starting to get cold, but the pads were thick enough to withstand the temperature.
It was as Orion weaved his way through the trees that he saw her in all her beauty. Stopping, Orion watched with careful eyes as she stood alone. He cocked his head, eying every inch of her body. She had not changed since they had last met, but she seemed hesitant out here. Was she one of those Tempest leeches? They could barely leave the Pack out of fear? She was still young, it was possible. Orion slowly began to approach her when suddenly another familiar face turned up. Orion's fur prickled as the obnoxious pup suddenly barked out at the female. What was he doing here?! Rage burned inside of the ebony wolf as he kept in the shadows, watching the two converse. What had his name been? Lee? Leo? Something stupid. Was the wolf following him? Curling his upper lip, he was about to back away from the situation when Lee suddenly noticed him.
He let out a small growl at the other wolf's audacity. "Watch your tongue." Orion snarled out gruffly as he revealed himself from the shadows. The black wolf joined the other two in the clearing. His amber eyes flashed dangerously at Lee and he let out another fierce snarl, before gazing back at Victoria. "I traced your scent a while back. I was wondering what you were doing out here... alone." He side-glanced Lee. Had they both been following the canine? Orion's spine prickled with something akin to jealousy. He had never felt such a thing before, and wasn't really sure what to do with it. He longed to lunge at the stupid wolf, put him in his place, but he also knew that wasn't the way to do things. Victoria probably enjoyed the company of both of them - she didn't want them to fight.
Or perhaps she did? Victoria had taken pleasure in fighting before. Perhaps she'd love to watch a real match. Orion smirked at Lee. They were more evenly matched. He shook the thought away. Not right now. "Get lonely, did you?" Orion quipped at Lee, looking him up and down. Lee didn't even belong to the Tempest Pack. His scent suggested that he travelled alone - although there was something fresh on him. Another canine he had recently conversed with. They shared something of the same scent. Orion was curious, but he didn't particularly care unless he could use the knowledge against the stupid dog. He loved finding people's tender areas. Their Achilles' Heel as such. It was so much fun to rile them up.

Actions. | "Speech." | 'Thoughts.'
She heard his taunting voice before she saw him. The ebony wolf’s eyes were lighted with mischief as he approached her and Victoria rolled with her eyes. ”Stop calling me that,” she breathed as a howl cracked through the air. Was it just her or did she recognize the sound? Her thoughts briefly drifted to Orion, the black wolf male she’d met a few times before. It’d been a few months since she’d last seen him, and she had to confess that she didn’t know whether or not he even belonged to the Tempest Pack anymore. Maybe he’d gone his own way. After all, even when she’d first met him, he hadn’t been one to mingle with the pack members. A thin smile showed her lips when the familiar frame appeared from the shadows. His sharp tongue proved that he was at his best, but it was also then worry began to ghost in her mind. These two on the same ground couldn’t be good. She’d come here to have fun with Lee, but now she wasn’t even sure how well things would turn out.
But despite her nervousness, she was glad Orion had come. He made her feel safer out here. She could see that he’d grown – that despite the lack of Tempest’ scent on him, not to mention his youth. It was good to see he was doing so well, and it only made her want his presence even more. Orion and Leonardo were of age with each other, both male wolves dark as night, but still they were so different from one another. Lee was smaller than Orion though the other male wasn’t big for his kind, and Victoria wondered what a downer it would be not to be much more than a runt. She was brought back to the present as Orion snarled at the other male, proving Lee that he wouldn’t take too many insults from his foul mouth. She gave him a cocky smile at the gesture but tensed up at his comment. At first she wasn’t sure she’d heard correctly what he’d said, but then his words fell on place like a puzzle being solved. How would he react if he found out she’d been looking for Leonardo? Well, what did that even matter? It wasn’t like she was his possession – she was free to run around with whom she liked. ”Just getting a bit out of the nest,” she cooed, ”found this one’s scent on the territory and thought I would see what he was up to,” she continued, flashing a toothy smile at them both. She didn’t know what exactly she was up to, but it would be fun to see how the two males would react to this. Was Orion the kind who got jealous? And would Lee taunt him to the breaking point? It would be interesting to see how far this could go.
”Besides, ’name’s Victoria,” she said, now solely eyeing Leonardo. ”Vic for short. Call me anything else and you’re dead meat,” she said. Her voice held a taunting manner, equally to the one he’d used, but the husky mix showed her fangs a little more than necessary for the joke. She hated being called names, especially the belittling ones.

Lee gave a goofy, lopsided grin oozing with any amount of puppy charm he might still have at the female, "If I can't call you Firecracker, can I at least call you a foxy little minx?" And with that, whatever edge of innocence he might have had vanished as his eyes darkened with mischief and the unmistakable look of lust. Victoria had certainly not lost her alluring presence.
Orion, however, was less than pleasant. Lee rolled his shoulders and flicked his tail in annoyance when he was told to watch his tongue, "Oh eat me, you grumpy furball. You PMS worse than a bitch. I'm not on your territory, so calm your god-damn tits." He went quiet after that, satisfied with how sharp his tones still were. If there was one thing that he had improved at in the last few months, it was his snarky comments.
Unfortunately, the other male's comment about getting lonesome took him off guard. Flattening his ears to his head, he huffed at the mirror image of himself, "Piss off. Why should it matter to you why I'm here?" But Orion had nailed him in one sentence. Despite the fact that Autumn had returned, the feeling of loneliness plagued him worse than the sickness spreading throughout the city. He thought that when Autumn came home, everything would feel better... yet, he was still so empty inside.
It was painful.
Lee turned his attention back to Victoria after that, that same, innocent smile coming back to his face, "Correction, my love, I only came to your boarder today before turning around. No need to turn me into mince meat. I've been a very good boy." He paused for a moment, "Also, I totally knew Victoria was your name this whole time... but thanks for the reminder.

He was about to snap back at him when Victoria broke the tension, explaining what she was doing away from the Tempest. He felt some kind of burning rage inside of him at the thought of Victoria wanted to be with that wolf. Who could even stand to be around Lee for more than a few minutes? He was annoying and Orion just wanted to snap his head off. Lashing his tail, Orion swallowed down his anger, and tried to ignore the fact that it was probably jealousy as well. Instead, he shared the toothy smile with Victoria. There was no denying that Vic was a flirt. She was loving the fact that two, young wolves were surrounding her, both competing for her attention. Orion wasn't an idiot, but he also wasn't going to miss an opportunity for a girl. She was gorgeous and he was going to try and make sure that Lee wouldn't get his dirty paws on her.
The black wolf couldn't work out the extent at which he had struck a chord with Lee, but he still prided himself in finding his weak spot. It was a gift. "You're annoying," Orion stated bluntly, "Obnoxious, too. It's like you're trying too hard." Orion cocked his head at Lee, before gazing back at Victoria. She seemed to be enjoying the spat that Lee and Orion were having. Damn, what was all the fuss about her? Orion couldn't put his paw on it. She was attractive, that was for sure, but there were loads of bitches in Hexasol. Why were they both fighting over one? Orion supposed he liked the competition in a way. They were practically equals in strength - perhaps Orion being more clumsy than Lee - which made things interesting. He stood closer to Victoria, feeling her body heat radiating towards him.
"Enough talking, let's do something fun." Orion exclaimed with a twinkle in his eye. They weren't cubs anymore, but they were still all young. Orion still had his playful side in him. Orion thought back to the day he and Victoria had play fought in the Tempest Pack. Looking around, Orion spied some ducks by the lake in the park. He rolled his eyes. They were a little too old to be chasing ducks. However, he saw that the lake had froze over nicely. Grinning, Orion began to saunter over to the ice. He had been told that ice was slippery and actually quite fun. Orion was starting to master his clumsiness. Perhaps he could finally master the art of iceskating. "This looks interesting." He parked over at the other two dogs, before stepping on the ice carefully. There was no crack, so Orion took another step. The ice seemed to be thick enough to hold his weight.
Orion continued walking until he was in the centre of the lake. It wasn't a very large lake, but large enough to have some fun. The black wolf began to slide around on his stomach, enjoying the way he glided around the ice. Chuckling to himself, he looked over at Victoria and Lee, "C'mon, it's safe enough!" He called.

”Charming,” she said to Lee while she tilted her head innocently to the side. Her voice was sweet like sugar but the teasing undertone and glint in her brown eyes told of something different than just childish innocence. The puppy like smile on Leonardo’s face was quite appealing, but she yet didn’t know if there was something beneath his charming looks. She wasn’t one to just date a weakling, not even if he was good looking. But a little flirting couldn’t hurt. She adored the attention and the ping pong game of who dared doing most was thrilling. To Victoria, flirting was nothing but a game. She always stopped when the male got too boring to play with and even thought she flirted with different males from time to time, no one dared to call her a whore. Nemesis and Clegane were her parents and both were respected soldiers who weren’t to be crossed. And besides that, Victoria was quite big for a female. And strong. If some snobbish females crossed her she’d maul them down as were they prey.
She still chuckled a little of Lee’s words when she looked back at Orion. Yearh, the wolf had totally known her name before she’d told him. Orion’s rude remarks about Lee’s personality only made her roll her eyes while a smile still lingered on her lips. Boys, were they ever going to stop mocking each other verbally? A fight between them would be much more interesting though she had to confess this was quite entertaining as well. Orion’s eyes rested on her and even though she liked him looking over her, she still couldn’t help but feeling warmer despite the cold weather. She liked males looking her over, she knew she was attractive. But Orion and Leonardo were wolves. There was something dangerous and powerful about them which she never saw in same extent in the dogs at home in the Tempest pack. To see two wolves competing about her attention was quite flattering. They could just have found some she-wolf instead of flirting with her. Yes, it was quite flattering that they found her interesting. All three canines here had good looks, so she didn’t question that the two males also had others they hit on. Of course they had. She had herself. In her life there was always a game going on, otherwise it would just be too boring. Right now she was just lucky to find them both at the right time.
But then again, Lee had spat back quite harshly when Orion had accused him of feeling lonely. Was he all alone? A guy like him surely had to have girls all over him, so perhaps she was just thinking too much about it. She wouldn’t entertain a lonely emo-kid, but pleasuring a bored warrior was something different. She would do that without second thought.
Orion’s words made her come back to the present as he with a grin crossed the park to the frozen lake. What is he doing? she wondered with her head tilted to the side in a questioning manner. But she soon saw what he was up to and she laughed out loud as Orion skated on the ice. ”Don’t you take all the fun, wait for us!” she barked joyfully at Orion’s crazy idea. Why had she never thought of doing such a thing? She bumped her shoulder playfully at Lee’s and gave him a toying gaze. ”You com’n big boy?” she asked, caressing her words as they passed her lips. As she dashed forward she let her thick husky tail drift softly under the black wolf’s chin, daring him to follow her and also hoping Orion saw her every movement.
She slowed when she came to the lake, carefully moving one paw onto the ice, then another. The ice was so different to walk on than the ground she was used to, so it was no wonder she skidded around and fell back on her haunches. ”How do you walk here?!” she laughed at Orion. ”My ass is freezing off!” She tried to stand up again but quickly dropped it as she couldn’t master her balance on the slippery ice. She then went down on her belly and tried to skate around. Much better. Now I can’t fall too far! She laughed again and looked back, seeing if Leonardo had followed Orion and her. She hoped he had.

Lee curled his lip up at Orion, fur bristling along his neck. This guy was pushing it now. He didn't care so much about the insults most of the time, but even Leonardo had his snapping point, "Obnoxious is still better than creepy. You'll never get a bitch if you keep up with your attitude. Oh, I'm so sneaky and mysterious, hah! What a joke. I can see right through you. I remember how you were as a pup. Clumsy as anything. Couldn't even find your own legs. Don't think for a second you have shit on me, Orion. I could beat you up with my eyes closed."
With that, Lee made his way over to the ice, not even hesitating to step on it. His legs wobbled, but he managed to stay upright. He lived by a lake after all. Of course he'd have tried something like this before. He felt a twinge of pride at the fact that he was able to glide over the slippery surface with a little more ease than the other two canines. Of course, it was no easy task. Eventually, he flopped onto the ice and slid about uncontrollably, laughing all the while - but he picked himself back up again with the help of a low hanging branch.
He noticed Victoria having some trouble, and with another one of his trademark grins, he slid his way over to her, "Need a hand, Vic? See? I even remembered your name this time." He silently wondered how Orion was fairing after that little game of insults, and if he could even stand on this ice. Probably not well, if his sense of balance was as bad as Leonardo remembered.
Who cared about him though. Lee only had eyes for Victoria at the moment. She was much better company and certainly a lot prettier than his grumpy wolf counterpart. He crouched down and tilted the scruff of his neck towards her, "Grab on, I'll help you back up."

"Speech"
Orion's mood soon turned from playful to bitter as soon as Lee opened his goddamn mouth. Narrowing his eyes, he nearly ignored Victoria joining him on the ice as Lee spat the words at him. His body quivered with rage when he mentioned what Orion had been like back when he'd been a cub. That was private, and a long time ago now. He was secretly glad he had hit a sensitive spot for Lee, but he wasn't liking the things the dick was saying to him. He tried averting his gaze to Victoria, who was oblivious to the rage building up inside of Orion. He watched with amusement as she fell over on the ice, laughing. When Orion tried to go towards her, his own paws slipped, and he fell onto his rump. For a moment, the anger disappeared, and he began to laugh. Who knew how much fun an ice lake could be?
However, Lee was beginning to move onto the ice and make his way towards Victoria. A small growl rose in his throat as he watched the stupid wolf charm Victoria. His mood soured quickly. The black wolf stalked towards Lee, eyes narrowed. He may have been clumsy a few months ago, but Orion had got far better at stealth. His ears were pinned against his skull as he slowly slid closer and closer to Lee, teeth bared. He didn't care that Lee was trying to help Victoria up. Orion's paws twitched, anticipating a fight. Soon enough, he was close enough to launch at Lee. Body trembling from anger and adrenalin, it only took a few seconds thought before Orion leapt at the other wolf, teeth bared. His eyes flashed with rage as he planned to pin Lee to the ice.
It's not like he wanted to kill Lee, he just wanted to show him who was boss. Orion had no idea who would be stronger, but he was determined to try and find out. He completely ignored Victoria as his jaws snapped in Lee's direction. He wanted to taste his blood, hear his cry of pain. A feral snarl came from Orion as he continued to try and attack Lee, before he pulled away, planning another launch. A few seconds later, and Orion went at him again, however he hadn't anticipated the ice was so thin. After a hard impact on the ice, he heard a loud crack. Eyes wide, Orion looked down at the ice on which he was standing. He didn't look for long, before the whole ground broke away, plunging him into the cold water. The water was so freezing that Orion forgot to breathe.
His whole body was submersed for a few seconds before his legs began to respond and he kicked upwards onto the surface. He broke the skin of water and gasped, his whole chest heaving painfully. Spluttering and choking, Orion looked around for the edge of the ice, but his body was weakening far quicker than Orion had expected. Gritting his teeth, he sluggishly made his way towards the ice to try and get some leverage. Every time he tried to put his weight on the ice, it would fall away into the water. His body was shivering from the utter cold, and Orion was well aware of the danger they were in. Teeth chattering, Orion finally found a thick piece of ice to clamber onto. He finally managed to slide his body onto the ice, crawling on his belly to keep his weight spread out. Panting and trembling, he looked around for Victoria and Lee.
