Before she’d joined the Tempest Pack, Cinta had never really been into the city. The big buildings around her was hard getting used to and she sometimes missed the endless space which seemed to be outside of Hexasol. But she’d taken a choice. She wouldn’t leave the Tempest Pack just because of the huge buildings – she would probably get used to them soon enough. The sun had just risen from the horizon, bathing Hexasol in dim light and thereby making the buildings look even more dangerous. Along the way into Hexasol when she’d chosen to join the pack, Cinta had noticed that some of the buildings had been partly burnt down. The reason to this, she’d been told, was that the Tempest Pack some years ago had made a rescue into the Iris Pride’s territory, getting their old Warden out of his prison. Though not showing it, Cinta had been quite awed by the canine’s bravery of crossing their enemy’s borders. It showed how much an alpha could mean to them. But would’ve done the same if it’d been another member of their pack?
Her paws skidded on the frosty ground. The sun’s red, lazy rays hadn’t melted the frosty ground everywhere yet, so some places turned out to be quite slippery – a thing which rarely happened outside of Hexasol where the ground wasn’t as even and therefore seldom became near as slippery as some of the city’s streets. The white Kintamani dog had this early morning chosen to get a better look at the city which was so new to her, and even though she knew it could be dangerous, she’d chosen to walk alone. She wouldn’t want her packmates to see how new she actually was to the city, even though many of them probably knew it already. Besides, even though it might be dangerous to walk alone, the four-year-old female didn’t worry about her safety. She’d lived alone for a long time now and was thereby more than capable of taking care of herself. She also knew where not to go – the stench of the Iris Pride was strong, so if she should come too close to their borders, she would quickly find out without needing to encounter any felines.
A foul scent started to ache in her nostrils and she turned her head in one way and the other to find the source. Choosing to find out what caused the stench, Cinta followed the scent to where it seemed to thicken in the air. It didn’t smell like something alive, so it most likely wasn’t dangerous, and she was curious enough to want to know what it was if she should come across the scent later on. Turning a sharp corner, Cinta found a huge, solid building at the end of the street she now stood on. The sun shone directly at the building and bathed it in its red rays, making it look slightly terrifying for the adult female. But it was definitely the source of the scent. A tall fence surrounded the place, almost as if trying to keep her away, but at the same time the sun shone upon it as if she should try walk in there. Perking her peach coloured ears to listen after danger, Cinta also moved her nostrils, taking in sounds and scents at the same time. No danger. Apart from the solid building’s somewhat scary look, she chose to start investigating. Padding down the street toward the building, Cinta lowered her head to see if she could catch any scents on the ground which could tell her something about this place.
Coming to the fence, Cinta soon found that many other animals had dug holes beneath the fence to investigate the mysterious building. Its dark façade had now come to look quite interesting to the Tempest female and even though the multi-floored building towered over her, she was determined on getting inside. Trotting along the fence she quickly found a whole big enough for her to use. Coming to the other side she shook her white coat, an almost mocking smile appearing on her lips. Well, that was easy. Now for the fun part. She didn’t remember any of her packmates mentioning this place, but really, with such a sharp scent she wouldn’t wonder why dogs didn’t come here often – with noses as sharp as a canine’s, this disgusting odor could easily give you a headache if you stayed here for too long.
Coming to the front door, she tried pushing it open, but it was too hard. Realizing she wasn’t strong enough, the white female gave an unsatisfied huff. Looking down she saw that rats apparently had used their sharp teeth to make a hole in the door, but it was far from big enough for Cinta to enter*. Disappointed, the white Tempest dog turned around to try and find another entrance. Grass had tried to grow in the ground around the building, but it would soon be killed by the frost. Apart from the grass, old bones covered the desert like ground. Sniffing at the bones and skulls she soon found that they belonged to rodents of different sizes and the faint scent on them told her that there was no predator lingering at this place. At least not as far as she could tell right now.
Finally she found another door and this one didn’t look as solid as the one at the front. With a little smile on her lips, she pushed at the door with her shoulder and after a few tries it creaked open on the old hinges. The corridor which she now faced smelled even worse than outside and the light in there was very dim, almost non-existing. She wrinkled her muzzle at the sharp scent and looked behind her, just to one more time make sure no danger was in sight. Choosing that everything still was safe enough, she walked inside. The only light in the slim corridor came from the open door behind her, but soon it ended out in a big room where two big windows lit up the place. The entrance had hinges of it, but no door. It’d probably been removed by the humans when they’d still lived.
The room was full of things unknown to Cinta; shelves boomed with laboratory items and cages where rotten cadavers of rodents lay scattered. They’d apparently either died of starvation long ago - or tried to eat each other if they’d had a partner in their too little cage. White tables with more items upon them stood along the walls of the big square room and white coats hung on the white walls. Only one of the walls contained windows from where the sun’s still early rays shone in to light up the room while the two other walls had slim entrances similar to the one Cinta stood in right now. Perhaps they led to other rooms like this one. Looking upon one of the tables, Cinta saw that some of the cylinder shaped items contained some kind of liquid. It didn’t look drinkable though… but it wasn’t the oddly coloured liquid in the glasses which made Cinta’s hackles rise. It was the unknown creature on the floor. She took a few steps forth, sniffing in the direction of the weird looking creature. It’d long time ago been eaten by some predator, so only the bones remained. Recoiling from the human body, Cinta chose that it was about time to investigate another room, but turning around to leave, she heard the sound of someone approaching.
She wasn’t alone anymore.
((OCC: Yup, creepy human body on the floor. I can’t remember anyone rping their character seeing a dead human body, so… Just thought I would try it out xD If you have a creepy character, please put him/her in - it would be awesome to keep a somewhat scary scene, but of course anyone is free to reply! :b And besides, I’ll love anyone who pictures Cinta trying this!* ))

She had started to take a liking to cooler areas after spending a year in a place that could be considered a desert, but this winter was much too cold for her liking. She wasn't born to deal with whether like this, it was a surprise that she could even move right now. As she padded down the icy streets of the city she passed small mounts of snow, most of them actually being the corpses of unlucky animals. It probably would make more sense if she hid herself in Iris territory until spring, but something told her that: if she made it look like she was dedicated to her task as a spy, she could possibly get Alex's attention.
She hadn't been back in the pride's territory for about two or three weeks, more than enough time for the scent of Iris to fade. She was now back to wandering the streets, posing as a loner who had no interest in the war. 'Maybe Tempest will freeze and save us the trouble of eliminating them.' She thought as she passed another freezing corpse. Celia glanced at the frozen corpse and chuckled a little. It was covered with snow but, maybe it was a Tempest dog who hadn't made it back to his pack's territory for warmth in time.
As she turned a corner, a strong cold gust of wind blew snow in her face, causing her to stop, shake her fur and shiver. Another blizzard could start at any moment, and Celia didn't want to end up like the other animals she had passed.
As she passed a large, fenced in building, she caught a familiar stench before she actually saw a white coated Tempest canine inspecting one of the doors. She watched the dog fail at pushing the door open, and chuckled when she looked at, what looked like, a hole made by mice. Needless to say, the hole was much too small for anyone to go through.
The dog was already looking for another door when Celia inspected the fence, looking for how the canine had gotten through. She found a hole under the fence, no doubt dug by other visitors, but it was too small for the lioness to crawl under. She then looked up, toward the top of the fence. After deciding the fence wasn't too high up, she backed away and stopped at what she had deemed a good enough distance away. She ran at full speed at the fence and, when she was close enough, she launched herself at the top of the fence and landed on the other side, sending a cloud of snow to float in the air and coat her tawny fur, making her look almost white.
The lioness approached the door the dog had been at not too long ago and inspected it herself. The dog was too weak to push the door open, Celia expected to have better luck. She put both of her forepaws on the door and, with some effort, she did manage to successfully force her way into the building.
Strange and new scents hit her nostrils as soon as she walked through the door. Most likely they were chemicals, but the scent of something rotting was mixed with it. It was only now that the lioness wished she didn't have such a keen sense of smell.
She wandered down the corridors, sniffing the air for the dogs scent until she just followed the sound on claws hitting a hard surface. The scent of Iris had worn off of Celia long ago, so she possibly wouldn't have to worry about this dog being too hostile. Maybe she would be able to get something out of her.
"Hello?" She entered the room the dog was in, but she put a confused yet wary expression on her face. The first thing Celia noticed, however, when entering the room was the body the dog was standing next to. She couldn't tell what it was at first glance. It was only bones now, but some of them looked eaten, maybe this dog was having a snake before Celia arrived? "So, I assume that's a human. Interesting." She said with some legit interest. (hope you don't me putting her here. the scents gone, so no one is supposed to know where she's from at the moment)

The sound of paws was accompanied with a female’s voice. Cinta perked her ears warily and turned her head, looking at one of the doors which she hadn’t used yet. At first she was waiting, standing stiff as a statue, wanting to see what creature had entered the building. But then the scent hit her and she felt like a shockwave had smashed into her. Lion, she thought with a soundless snarl and immediately crouched her body, readying her agile frame for attack. The scent had assaulted her only mere moments before the lioness entered the room – apparently the stench of the chemicals had somewhat hidden her scent, and now it was too late just to run. If she just started to run, the lion would easily give chase after her down the narrow corridor, and without a head start, the lioness might catch her before she even reached the door our.
And she wasn’t willing to risk that.
But the entrance which she’d used into the room was still free behind her. ”It must be for sure… but what do you want here, cat?” Cinta snarled at the lioness as she backed toward the door, making sure the lioness wouldn’t cut off her escape route. She always made sure to look at the feline in front of her. The lioness looked young and probably wasn’t more than a teen, but Cinta chose not to underestimate her because of that. Underestimating a foe could be fatal, and even though the feline’s youth might give Cinta better chances, she chose not to be too confident. What she didn’t know however was whether she was happy the lioness didn’t smell of the Iris Pride or if it didn’t matter to her. The conclusion in her mind was fast; all felines were enemies. She wouldn’t give felines another chance – she’d lost far too much in her life to be that naïve, and she couldn’t bear taking such a risk, she knew how horrible the consequences could be.
”You won’t fool me,” she spat, hackles rising at the mere presence of the big cat. How had she come in here? The feline surely hadn’t used the door which she’d used herself, because then she would’ve been warned sooner. But that didn’t matter now. Everything that mattered now was how she could get a big enough head start so she could get out of the building before the lioness would catch up with her. Lions weren’t known for their stamina, so if she could get out in the open, she would be able to escape. But even though a lioness was standing in front of her, Cinta didn’t smell of fear. What could be scented in the air, seen in her eyes, as well as her stance, wasn’t fear. But hatred. Hatred toward the felines and what they’d done to all too many canines she knew. Had known…

The dog was crouched when Celia entered the room, ready to attack if she felt the need. The young lioness inwardly chuckled at this. She would only defend herself if the dog attacked first but, even though she was smaller than most other lionesses, this dog wouldn't stand a chance against her. 'oh well.' She thought to herself as she sat on her haunches to try to look less threatening. 'If she want to be hostile, the least she could do is entertain me.'
"I'm only here to explore. I was just surprised that someone else would be here right now." She said in a calm tone and gestured to a nearby window when a seemingly strong wind blew and shook it. The dog looked ready to either attack or run, Celia would probably just let the dog escape if she chose to run. If a blizzard really was on its way, the dog probably wouldn't get very far. And Celia would have her chance to kill this dog eventually. To see every dog in the Tempest pack writhing in pain beneath her paws would be worth the wait.
"I'm assuming you're from Tempest? My name is Fi. I'm just a loner. I have no real reason to attack you." She said, once again trying to at least calm the dog down. She then layed down on her belly in another attempt at looking non threatening.
”You won’t fool me,”
A confused expression appeared on the lionesses face to hide a slightly annoyed one. "What exactly are you talking about? I already told you, I'm not here to cause trouble." (fake name just for the heck of it)

"Speech."
The lioness in front of her sat down on her haunches. What game is she trying to play? she thought to herself, leaving a snort to the feline’s words. She didn’t dare take her eyes off the young lioness even though she was sitting down. But Cinta didn’t need to look out the window to realize that a blizzard would fall upon Hexasol in less than thirty minutes. If she ran now, ran fast, she could still get far away from the lioness, though she probably wouldn’t be able to get all the way back to the Tempest pack. But that didn’t matter – as long as she got away from here, any other place would be better. There were plenty of buildings in the city she could use while the blizzard took off. The trick now was to time it. She needed to get out of this building at a time where the lioness wouldn’t follow her because of the blizzard, but at the same time she couldn’t wait for too long – if she did, she wouldn’t be able to get very far away before she would be trapped in the storm.
The feline now lay down on her belly. It was perfect for her to run now. And still, not yet. Only seconds had ticked by just now which meant it was far too early to run away. She needed to have patience and wait, play the feline’s game and somewhat accepting her presence. By somewhat accepting the lioness’ presence, she surely didn’t mean to be nice toward her. Only to not attack her. Attacking a lion on her own – even a young one – would be stupid. The confused expression flashed over Fi’s face who clearly – or at least acted – as if she was innocent. ”Not a troublemaker eh?” she asked doubtfully, her fur bristling. All felines were liars, killers. She couldn’t stand them. ”So, Fi… You might not claim to be from Iris, but don’t expect special treatment for that reason,” she growled. ”I’m Cinta, and you bet I’m from the Tempest pack – and danm proud of it as well,” she huffed. If the feline in front of her couldn’t smell the strong scent of the pack on her, there surely was something wrong with the youngster’s sense of smell. ”You might not be here for trouble, but that doesn’t mean I’ll like you,” she said, wishing the stupid lioness would just leave. On the other hand, it was quite nice to know where she had her. The thought about a lioness running around at a place you didn’t know wasn’t appealing. ”Besides. What are you doing here anyway? Exploring my ass. You’re a lion – your kind is not made for the cold. You should be curling up in some den in this weather, not out exploring.” She wasn’t really curious, just trying to make the time pass. Whatever plan the lioness had out here, the white Kintamani dog was sure she wouldn’t like it.
