Colour Scheme: Tan/gold/grey/white seems to be sort of 'her' scheme. But again, do what you want!
Specific Images: If you have a hard time finding pics, search for 'kasha saluki' on flickr, there's a lot of pics with a cc license there, of meteo's Kasha.
Theme: None, really ... but you can listen to ke$ha with blah blah blah or mika with we are golden to get into the feeling

Any Special Effects: She has really clear, golden eyes that 'stick out' pretty much. I love the scanline effect too(A)
