( Hall of Fame )
Welcome to the Hall of Fame! This is the place where we honour the memories of those rare felines and canines, who have somehow changed Hexasol through their actions. They are the ones whose names are known across the entire city, and who will never be forgotten. They are the famous and the infamous - the heroes and the villains, and all those treading the grey areas inbetween.
To qualify for the Hall of Fame, a character need simply live up to two requirements: The character needs to be dead (or have left the city/something along those lines, basically the important thing is that the character is retired and will not return to the game), and they need to have somehow influenced the entire city throughout their actions - for better or for worse. If you think a character qualifies for the Hall of Fame, then simply send a PM to a staff member and, if accepted, the character will be added here.

( Historical Characters )
These are the most important characters that have influenced the history of Hexasol, and formed the society that we know today. These animals have never been played by a member, but are simply the legends of the city. These characters will probably fluctuate in the past of various member-controlled characters (e.g. a canine who has been in the Tempest Pack for a longer period of time will probably have met its founder Baron). If you wish to play a close friend/relative to one of the historical characters, this is permitted - though you will have to send a PM to a staff member first, and get allowance. ( Abigail ) Abigail was a lynx and but one of many animal attractions that were to be found at Hexasol Zoo. She was 3 years of age when the virus first struck and her caretakers started dying one by one, leaving her and the other animals trapped behind steel bars. She would probably have died there, had it not been for one last act of kindness from one of the zookeepers - a young man who had stayed behind to take care of the animals, when the rest had either fled or died. When he finally fell ill, he left the gates to the cages open, and that was how Abigail finally got to see the city she had lived in for 3 years... and what she saw saddened her. For everywhere chaos had claimed the streets, and packs of animals roamed the city like vultures - preying on the weak wherever they went. The city had been split into two factions: The Tempest Pack and the Iris Pride, waging war on each other like madmen. So Abigail set out on a quest to find those creatures who, like her, yearned for peace. And not only did she find them, but she gathered them in a pack that welcomed everbody; canines and felines alike. She gave them a home in the midst of the chaos, and she gave them a name: The Lexis Tribe. She led the Tribe for 2 years before she suddenly fell ill and died, leaving the pack with no heirs as she had never taken a mate. After a short period of confusion, one dog - Badeya by name - rose up to take the position as leader. But the name Abigail still lives on in the hearts and memories of the Lexis Tribe. ( Baron ) As the result of an accidental breeding between a rottweiler and a German shepherd, Baron and his siblings had been sold off cheap to anyone who wanted them - and that was how Baron ended up as a guard dog for a very rich (and very paranoid) family in Hexasol. There he was trained, and there he lived for 6 long years, where the only way to stay alive between the brutal dogs, was to expect no mercy, and show no mercy. This dog was taught the hard way, and he was an excellent student, ending up as the alpha of the little pack of guard dogs. That was, until the day the virus struck. Baron found himself suddenly thrown into the midst of chaos, as the humans had died like mayflies without even showing the courtsey of removing their dead from the streets. But Baron had never been one to give up easily, and instead of bowing down to all the death surrounding him, he rose up and thrived upon it. Quickly recognizing that the city wasn't big enough for all of them, he made it his mission to lead the canines into glory. With the ferocious guard dogs as the core, he swept through the streets like a storm, collecting supporters wherever he went. They were warriors, they were strong - they were the Tempest Pack, and they would not be defeated. But not even the best fighters live forever, and during the uproars most of the guard dogs fell one by one. After having ruled the pack for about 1½ years, Baron himself fell in a larger skirmish between the Tempest Pack and the Iris Pride. A wolf who goes by the name of Gravity now holds the position as leader of the Tempest Pack, but no one will ever forget the first Warden of Hexasol City. ( Enrique ) This fox was but a youngster when the virus came and claimed the humans; a 1-year-old cub roaming the countryside, who then decided to have a look at this city the humans had kept for themselves for so long. A trickster by heart, this fox did quite well as he surfed atop the ocean of destruction that followed in the virus' wake. Completely unable to resist a challenge, Enrique made it his own personal goal to piss off all the important people he could find - the three main ones being the leaders of the three packs. Over time he became an icon of the loners, not really a hope-inspiring hero, but still a paragon of defiance. The little canine pulled prank after prank on each of the leaders, and several important people within the packs, and yet he somehow still managed to get away unharmed each time. Some people claim that his actions were meant to highlight the stupidity of the war, while others claim that the fox was simply out to have some fun. No one knows what happened to him, as he simply disappeared from one day to another, never to be seen again. Though many have claimed that they were the ones who finally caught the trickster, the lack of body has most of the population of Hexasol convinced that the fox is still out there - some even claiming that he will return once more when the time is right. Whether dead or alive, Enrique is one of the few loners who has managed to touch the entire city, and his tale is one that has been repeated again and again amongst loners and pack members alike.

( The Stuff of Legends )
This is the place for the characters who were once played by members of the site. If you have any characters you feel belong here, simply send a PM to a staff member! Remember that a character has to have influenced the entire city, and said character must also be deceased/retired.
( Streiter ) Born in a zoo in another city, Streiter had always been an oddity. He had been born with black fur, and despite golden a matter of months later, news spread of his strange colour variation. When he was two years old, Streiter had been kidnapped by humans that had broken into the zoo and taken to a male lion fighting group. For six years Streiter fought here, before the humans died out, and Streiter left for Hexasol. Here, he became the Lexis Tribe Leader, taking over Badeya's place and and joining the war. He was a good and powerful leader, however he was led astray by the Iris Leader Florence. He unknowingly mated with the Iris Leader, creating four cubs that would in the end become his downfall. He was also seduced by the white lion Icefang, and they also had two cubs a few years later. Streiter's death came suddenly. His now full-grown cubs from Florence's litter approached him in the Autumn of 2012. Before he allowed them to kill him, he quickly impaled himself on a shard of metal, and within seconds he was dead. Streiter will never be forgotten.
~ Created and played by Trau, then by Mudbug ( Florence ) Florence first rose to fame when she founded the Iris Pride many years ago. She was keen to become the leader of Hexasol, wanting to rule over canines and felines and win the war. However, things didn't go according to plan, and she instead found herself in countless battles, making enemies with hundreds of dogs. No one knows just how many canines she slaughtered in her life, but puppies are now told horror stories of Florence. 'If you don't go to sleep, Florence will come and gobble you up!' She is responsible for the kidnapping of dozens of dogs, torturing and making them suffer. She is the murderer of Brooke's puppies, and even tortured the ex-Tempest Warden, Gravity, himself. She had been invaded by Tempest, and invaded Tempest, and also seduced the ex-Lexis leader, Streiter, bearing the cubs that ultimately caused his death. Florence was manipulative and evil, but she also had a side that only her mate Panja saw. Her death was one that shocked many. She was last seen in the Tempest territory, sacrificing her life for her cubs. Now she only remains in hushed whispers and the legacy she has left behind.

( Gravity ) Gravity was born to unknown parents who rarely ventured into the city of Hexasol. It was one day, when his sister was slaughtered by a group of cheetahs, did Gravity reveal his hatred for felines. Blinded by anger, Gravity joined The Tempest Pack and soared through their ranks. When the Alpha died, it was Gravity who stepped up to lead the Pack. He was a good leader, who knew and cared for his members well. However, when Gravity was captured and tortured by Florence, he lost faith in his ability to rule. After his rescue, Gravity began spending more and more time away from the Pack he was supposed to lead, until Brooke eventually took power and turned Gravity away. Gravity later returned to fight alongside his brother and The Scavengers, blowing up Huntington Hospital. He was wounded during battle. The wound became infected and Gravity eventually died from septicemia. He was outlived by his mate Rikki and his four cubs.
~ Created and played by Tachi
( Mercury ) Mercury was Gravity's older brother who had held Gravity back when they'd been younger. After their sister had been murdered by the group of cheetahs, Mercury stopped Gravity from blindly attacking them. However, this was an unforgivable action which caused a rift between the two brothers. When they entered Hexasol, Gravity joined The Tempest Pack, whilst Mercury joined The Lexis Tribe. Mercury's life in Lexis was uneventful, other than being captured by The Iris Pride after he tried to rescue his brother after he'd been kidnapped by Florence. Once he returned to The Lexis Tribe, Mercury saw that Streiter had taken over and that felines and canines were no longer equal in the Tribe. He decided to try and find other canines in the Lexis who shared the same thoughts as he did. When Gravity returned with The Scavengers, Mercury agreed to fight alongside his brother for vengeance. However, before Mercury could attack The Iris Pride from behind, they were ambushed by Panja and other Pride Members. Mercury was killed by Panja's paws.
