Welcome to The Cold, a growing sled dog/ wolf/ human role-play site. The role-play takes place in a small town in Sweden, named Koluski.
For many generations Koluski has lived side by side with the wild, existing in harmony with the local wildlife. However, the last few years have seen some harsh winters and natural prey levels have taken a steep decline. This has forced the Koluski wolves to travel closer and closer to the town in search of food and shelter. Sightings of wolves in town are becoming more and more frequent, it’ll not be long before a pet or even a human is attacked by one of the starving beasts. The residents are living in constant fear of the wolves and debates over hunting are slowly turning towards culling or even extermination. It’s just a matter of time before the good people of Koluski reach for their shotguns and hitch up the dogs.
