  I think this is a good idea to reduce the amount of big cats. I'm not sure what the equivalent would be for canines, however I don't think it'd be fair if we have big cats not-free for the first character, but all un-domesticated dogs are. I'll definitely discuss it with Tachi

  I am also definitely considering this one. It would reduce the amount of big cats being repopulated.

  It's difficult to find out the neglected characters, but during the activity check we will definitely snoop around and look for unused characters.

  Also a good idea. Once you make one character, after another few posts you could probably afford to buy another un-domesticated animal. Because this is a city, realistically there'd be more domesticated breeds instead of wild. Therefore we shall also consider this!

Perhaps we can also give out undomesticated dogs and cats as contest prizes instead of purchasing. Maybe in addition we could increase the prices as well.

Those all sound good accept for the last one. to me. The "Make one big cat, have to make 2 smalls" thing? It does sound like a good idea, but I think it might pan out to be unfair to people who have the muse/time/funds for a big cat, or one more character, but just don't have the time for 3 more characters. Not to mention what that could do to the canine population. Yes, the domestic - undomestic feline ratio would be fine, but then.. Say someone has just 2 large cats, that would be 4 small cats, that's 6 characters total, which is more than most people have time for, so those people adding to the canines is out of the question. Heck, 3 characters is alot of peoples max, so they'd basically have 1 character(the large cat) that they really wanted.
