An "Open" studio?

This is an idea I had earlier that I thought it couldn't hurt to ask about.
Basically it would be a board where people could post what they needed, be it a table/avatar/sig/etc. and ANYONE could ask to claim it. They could ask the OP, and provide a few examples, so that people wouldn't have their requests being taken by others who may have a different style or whatever from what the OP likes. ;)

I just thought it would, 1) Let up on the swamping of the personal studios, 2)Let some artists who don't have time for a studio but might take and order or two that catch their eye, in on the action, and 3) Keep those in need from feeling like they're putting work/pressure on studio owners.

This is a good idea, but surprisingly this can already happen. You don't need to post in a studio to request graphics. Posting outside the studio in the art board is fine, and anyone can claim it.

Maybe I didn't make it clear enough ;3 But yeah, if anyone wants to request something, but not from a studio, just post there! (:
