Alphabetize, perhaps?

This is only a suggestion (obviously), so it can be ignored, but I think it would be smart to alphabetize the accepted characters board. There are a lot of characters, and having to search through pages and pages to find a character when all the characters are in no particular order can be a bit difficult; not everyone posts links to their characters' bio, so it can be a hassle finding one.

This would make it so people had to put their character's name as the title of the thread instead of a bunch of neat-sounding words, which is both good and bad, because that also prevents people from finding a character.

It's just a suggestion, but I think it would be useful in almost every way.

Alphabetizing wouldn't be as useful as you would think since the thread titles aren't always the characters name. Fortunately, there's always that search function you can use in each board in case you have a name in mind.
