With a deep breathe, she pushed past the doors and inside of the Hexasol city school. It had been awhile since she had been here, but she felt like now was the right time to come. There wasn’t really any significance to the time, it just to her seemed like a good plan to get out her before it became too cold.
It was afternoon; the sun the highest it was going to be in the day, but the cool breezes still blew in every direction. The air inside the school was cold, as well, and the building cracked and creaked and each little noise frightening the cat. Her whole body was giving little shakes, and not from the cold.
The school was just how she remembered it to be. Traces of the other animals that came and went lingered here, and she tried, really hard, to pick up the scents of her family from before, but all she could get were littler whiffs from where they always slept. Nothing seemed even remotely fresh. They never came back for her…
She wasn’t going to let that get her down, though. No. She was better off now. Instead of being here on loner territory were the dangers were high, she was now living on Lexis Tribe territory where the only dangers were attacks by the Tempest Pack and the Iris Pride. While those dangers were great, there were people there to fight and protect the citizens of Lexis, and here? There wasn’t a single soul to protect her.
Still, though, she couldn’t push away the pangs of sadness that encompassed her. She loved her mother and her brother and she didn’t want them to leave. She wanted them to stay with her and love her and protect her. Athena didn’t want to be left alone in this world. And in the quiet building, the words she murmured to herself seemed to echo off the walls. "Why did you leave me by myself? I miss you..."
Then, a sudden noise startled her and she turned to face the direction that it came from. That wasn't the walls.... she thought as she slowly back up, one foot behind the other, until she couldn't back up any further; she was pressed into a wall. "W-who's t-t-there?"

ooc: I figured since Robin was going to mess with her that I'd at least put her inside one of her comfort zones, so that is why it takes place at the school!

For once, Oliver was not by her side; it was unusual, but it did happen. She smiled blissfully when she thought of the tomcat. His roguish grin, so like hers, his sparkling green eyes, and his striped marmalade coat. But really, that wasn't it. His honesty and humour, his ability to joke along with her, and his kindness with other creatures. The two of them really did make a perfect pair, and Robin wasn't going to try and deny that.
Humming quietly to herself, the she-cat padded along the concrete path that led to the school, the early afternoon sun still shining as brightly as midday. The cool autumn breeze was a gentle reminder of the winter to come, pushing her fur and flinging her tail this way and that. She'd been here, to the school many times before - sometimes seeking shelter, sometimes food or company. But today, she felt like doing a spot of pranking. The harmless kind - she didn't enjoy hurting other creatures, but scaring or shocking them, every once in a while, was good, clean fun.
Upon reaching the main building, the Turkish Angora jumped onto a post and from there onto the roof. Whatever it was made of, it didn't make much noise under her paws; it never had. When she came to the top, she looked down, and to her surprise, there was a hole in the roof, big enough for a cat such as herself to squeeze through. She did so, finding herself falling, only to land, balancing precariously on a rafter. Looking down, she found that she could just see through whatever the lower part was made of, and it looked down on a corridor. A plan for a prank she could play began to form in her devious mind when she spoke, "Hellooo!" Her voice echoed slightly in the confined space, sounding deeper, louder, and altogether more frightening than she could make it on her own.
Settling down to wait, Robin made herself comfortable. She didn't have long to wait before her ears detected noise below, and soon, a creature came into view - another she-cat. She spoke quietly - the white female couldn't make out the words, and wondered to whom she was talking. Leaning a bit closer to the bottom of the roof, she found she could suddenly hear the other she-cat clearly. Straightening up, she slipped slightly, and stamped down hard on the beam, making it shake. The feline below had obviously heard - she flattened herself to the wall opposite and below where the thief sat, and stammered a question, which was just audible as the she-cat bend down slightly.
Doing her best to pitch her voice as low as possible, the Turkish Angora boomed imperiously in a commanding voice, "It is I, the guardian of the school. What business have you here, little cat? Why do you disturb my long-deserved rest?"
OOC;; Maybe not quite what you would expect, but there are all kinds of pranks and this is the only one that came to mind! XD

Athena began to think that the noise was just a figment of her imagination; that her mind was simply playing tricks on her. That’s what she sincerely hoped—until whatever it was began to talk to her. The voice echoed on the walls and swam all around her, it drowned her and it hit from all edges. She shivered and pushed her body to the floor, hovering as close as she could to the ground and the wall, like it could save her from all of her fears. Sadly though, the floor refused to suck her in and she was stuck fighting this out on her own.
‘The Voice’, which was what she decided to call this thing that seemed to come from everything—the ceiling, the walls, the next room—had claimed that it was the guardian of the school and that Athena had disturbed it’s rest. The she-cat really hadn’t meant to, though! She was being quiet, or at least she thought. But if The Voice was truly the guardian of the school, then maybe it could hear everything regardless of how soft or quiet her voice was.
The Voice had asked her a question, but the tiny she-cat was too afraid to answer. Besides, she truthfully didn’t know why she was here. Maybe there was a little hope in her that her mother would have come back to rescue her or something, or maybe she was just curious, she didn’t know. She had just randomly ended up here, but she didn’t want to the voice that.
But maybe she needed an answer. What if The Voice got angry and tried to kill her? What if The Voice put some kind of spooky curse on her that would haunt her for the rest of her life? What if The Voice—
Athena stopped thinking about all the bad things that The Voice could possibly do to her and actually decided to make an answer. With a deep breathe she pushed herself off the floor, but still stayed close to the wall. She looked down at her feet but made sure her voice was loud enough, just in case The Voice couldn’t hear her if she talked quietly. “I-I’m here because I was looking for someone im-important to me.”

The other she-cat was huddled agaist the wall and the floor as if they would somehow protect her from the booming, echoing voice. She seemed to be thinking hard, searching for a reply to make to this fearsome being. Well, either she would come up with something very soon, or the guardian of Hexasol Secondary School would get impatient. Don't take this too far, she cautioned herself. She didn't want to scare this feline too much; she only wanted to have a little fun.
The tabby finally spoke, looking at her paws like a rebuked kitten, but speaking loudly enough for the Turkish Angora to hear her. When she was done, the thief let silence fall for a moment, and then broke it by replying in the same impressive, booming voice, "Were you now? Many creatures have passed through here, but few of them are important to me. Many cats, such as yourself, and many dogs. Whom do you seek, and what is your name, O small mortal feline?"
The tabby had been looking for something, Robin was sure of it; now she knew that it was not something, but someone. Who? A friend? A family member maybe? If the saying, "curiosity killed the cat" was true, Robin would have died more times that she could count on all four paws. She admitted to being nosy and constantly thirsting for knowledge about everything under the sun, but she never forced anyone to tell her something they didn't want to. Peering down through the ceiling at the other loner, she wondered how she would respond to the being's questions.
OOC; A horrible, very short post, sorry. D8

Once again she was hoping that The Voice was all in her head; lack of sleep or her nervousness just messing with her to get her worked up and scared. Athena really didn’t know why her mind would do such a cruel thing to her, but she knew it was quite possible. Cats, and dogs for that matter, go crazy all the time, so it wouldn’t be like she would be the first animal in history to hear voices inside her head, or in this case, floating all around her. The tabby just wished the voice would go away, though, she didn’t know how long she could take it. Maybe, just maybe, she could walk out of here without it noticing her.
But then The Voice began to speak again. It wanted to know who she was searching for and what her name was. She got confused then. Why did The Voice want to know an insignificant cat like hers name? As well as why did it care who she was searching for? Was The Voice going to help her find her mother and her brother? Oh how she hoped it would! That would be so nice if it could help her. Was it possible, though? Did this thing even have a body, or was it just a floating substance with no form it was able to take?
She didn’t know, and she didn’t care either, as long as it would be able to help her find her long lost family. Feeling a little more cheerful, but still nervous all the same, she took a few steps away from the wall and sat in the middle of the floor. Her eyes were still firmly planted on the floor, though, as if it were the most interesting thing on the planet. “My name is Athena and I’m searching for my mother and my brother. Can you please help me find them, Voice?”
ooc; Don't worry about it! All my posts are short and crappy cx

This was good; she didn't like scaring others too much in pranks, but if it helped them to believe what they were seeing, or, in this case, hearing, then it was fine. Just so long as they didn't get hysterical. She watched as the tabby moved to stand in the middle of the corridor, away from the wall. Her eyes were still fixed on the floor, as if she was a naughty kitten. But despite that, she spoke, and the white female could just make out the words. So, her name was Athena, and she had been looking for her family, her mother and brother. With those words, Robin's heart went out to Athena. It sounded as if her relatives had just left her without a word of goodbye.
The Turkish Angora wondered how she could possibly help them timid she-cat in her current role. It was only a moment before an idea came to her. Replying to Athena's words, she told her, "I can. I'll send someone shortly to help you, so I can go back to my rest. After that, mortal cat Athena, I will be asleep once more. There is another like you here, somewhere. Let me find her for you. . . "
As silently as she could, Robin descended from the beam she was on, wriggling through a hole high in the wall, and onto the floor, landing squarely on all fours. She was a few corridors away from Athena, and after waiting for a moment, she trotted towards the other she-cat. Rounding the corner, she hailed the tabby softly but cheerfully, "Hello there! I'm Robin, and some. . . being, who called itself the Guardian of the school, told me to come and help you! What's your name, and what or who are you looking for?" She looked inquiringly at Athena.
