At first she was just wandering the countryside, enjoying the solitude she had, hunting in the forest, and gazing at the lake until she traveled to the mountains. Celia thought it would be amusing to see her three brothers still struggling to survive on the desolate part of the mountain. When she got there however, there was no one there. She couldn't event scent the dogs that had kept them there. The scents of dogs and lions had already faded. By now, her brothers had probably gotten smart enough to figure out that the was really nothing keeping them there. They were probably long gone by now. Celia didn't really care about what happened to them and where they were. They were adults, if they couldn't take care of themselves, that's their own fault.
It was after wandering onto the more pleasant side of the mountain that she was confronted by a bear protecting her cub. It took a long time, but the lioness was able to fatally injure the mother bear, but she didn't walk away without injuries of her own. Luckily, the wounds the lioness had sustained wouldn't kill her, but they would make her vulnerable.
She spend the rest of the day limping back to the city, she had planed on returning to the pride for shelter. She had only managed to make it to the railway before she thoughts that she would soon collapse from exhaustion. She slowly walked toward an old rusty looking train car to rest for the night.
There was hay covering the floor inside the train car. She slowly walked toward the back stepping carefully to make sure no one was hiding inside. After seeing only mice run to the opposite side of the car. She layed down in the back of the car and away from the two large open doors and soon fell asleep.
She was awoken from her light slumber by the sound of paws on gravel and voices, getting closer and closer to the car she was in. Only then did Celia notice the scent of canines where she had chosen to rest. The lioness had only managed to get a few minutes of rest, she didn't know how well she would be able to defend herself if the dogs outside were hostile. Celia rolled onto her belly. Refusing to show fear, she glared at both of the open door of the train and waited.

Distracted and having lost the scent trail of the rabbit he had just been chasing, the young lion gave up on his hunt and began following the path created by tiny droplets of blood sprinkled along the steel edges of the railroad, a path that led him to a line of abandoned box cars sitting out in the open. The mix of scents made all his senses go haywire. Blood, canines, Iris Pride, old human smells that he didn’t recognize. And Celia, his friend. What was she possibly doing out here? Was she hurt?
A pair of voices made Alex flinch and he pulled back his lips as two canines began to pad up to the train cars. But they were just loners, hardly worth the time it would take to kill them. Of course, if they had smelled of Tempest it would have been a much different story, but right now he was more concerned with the wellbeing of his friend than with wasting his time and energy on these two lowlifes. Walking casually up to them, he simply stood in front of the canines and glared them, waving one of his paws in front of their faces as if he was shooing away an annoying insect, his claws outstretched for good measure.
Fortunately for them, they got the message and realized the odds of two scrawny, starving dogs defeating a lion were very slim, and snarled at Alex before turning around and fleeing in the opposite direction, hopefully with no intention of coming back. He rolled his eyes and silently chuckled to himself at how worthless and pathetic they were, then remembered his reason for coming here and stepped up to the car where the lioness’s scent was strongest.
“Celia, you in here?” he called, poking his head around the corner. He saw her laying there on a pile of straw, and the first thing that caught his attention were the wounds she carried all along her body. His eyes widened in alarm. “Hey, what happened?” He rushed over and sat down beside her, quickly inspecting her injuries before meeting her eyes. The wounds didn’t look too serious, but it was still enough to make him worried for her and furious at whoever had hurt his friend. “Did those dogs do this to you?” he asked, growling lowly. Now he was beginning to regret the fact that he hadn’t taken the time to slaughter them when he had the chance.

The voices she heard outside suddenly stopped, as well as the movement. Celia stayed where she was, on her belly in the back of the box car looking for who might walk through one of the doors. She could hear, what sounded like, two canines snarling at something before she heard two sets of paws running in the opposite direction of the car. She stayed alert and cautiously watched something enter the car, then relaxed once she realized who it was.
“Celia, you in here?”
She registered the young Iris leader's scent before he spoke. As convenient as this was, she was surprised to see Alex outside of the pride's territory. At the moment, Celia just hoped no one saw them together and would get suspicious. "Yes, over here." She said when she saw his head.
She looked calm and tired despite how injured she was. She would survive as long as she rested and treated her wounds. Until they would probably return to Iris territory, or until she was well enough to be left alone, she could spend more time with the Iris leader.
"Well, this is embarrassing." She mumbled to herself, referring to her current situation before speaking again. "No, it wasn't them. I met an angry bear in the mountains." She replying, once again in a calm tone. "I'm lucky you found me before someone else did. Thank you." She said as she smiled at the white lion. She tried her best to look appealing but, she doubted she could do much of anything because of her lack of experience, and because of her condition.
(sorry for the wait)

A “you’re welcome” was about to leave his mouth until he realized he hadn’t actually gone out of his way to save her. He had just followed his curiosity, and would have driven off those dogs regardless of whether she’d been here or not. The fact that she had been in danger was just something that added to his desire to terrify the stupid canines. Still, the way she was looking at him now with such gratitude brought a tiny smile to his lips. No one had ever looked at him like that...like he was some kind of savior.
“They don’t seem too bad,” he said, referring to her wounds, “but you should probably stay here until morning and let them heal overnight. If you want, I’ll sleep outside to make sure the dogs don’t come back.” He admittedly wasn’t looking forward to shivering in the cold all night, but he’d feel guilty if he chose to return to the Iris Pride and leave her here, alone and vulnerable. A leader was supposed to protect their subjects. And friends were supposed to protect each other.
“Is there anything I can get you or do for you? I’m not really, uh, knowledgeable when it comes to injuries and stuff, but I’ll try to help if I can.” He hadn’t the slightest idea of how he could possibly be of help, though. Sota had told him there were certain plants that could be chewed into a salve that would aid in healing wounds, but with it being the dead of winter, he doubted he would be able to find any growing in the forests. He wouldn’t know what they looked like anyway. "And about that bear...so, what exactly happened?” Alex’s tail twitched, his eyes filled with excitement that he couldn't hold back. He’d heard stories of the bears that lived in the mountains, how huge and powerful they were, but had never known if they were true or just legends designed to scare gullible cubs.

This was a somewhat awkward situation for her. Possibly for both of them. She didn't know what she could say or do, she didn't even know if what she said earlier had done anything. It didn't help that she was injured and vulnerable, unless she rested for a day or two.
"No, that won't be necessary." She said in a calm tone and shook her head. It didn't really matter if he slept out in the cold or not, he was a respectable lion from her point of view but, if she wanted a possible chance to become his mate, Celia should probably tell the white lion what he wanted to hear. "The leader of the mighty Iris pride deserves better that cold hard gravel. Like you said, I just need to rest until morning. And, if those dogs are smart, they won't come back anytime soon." There was the chance that she could be wrong; those dogs could come back with friends, and Celia would have no one to help her.
For some reason, deep down she hoped that he did return to the pride's territory. Or he could sleep in the cart with her, if he insisted. She easily ignored those thoughts and pushed them further away.
"No, I'll be fine. Really." She said with a small smile.
"And about that bear...so, what exactly happened?” She was somewhat surprised when he asked this. For some reason, the white lion seemed excited about something. He was a tad childish from her point of view but, for him it seemed to work.
Celia payed no mind to that thought as she began to explain what happened in the mountains.
(Sorry I took so long to reply. I don't really know what else could happen in this thread. We could end it here or I could edit in her story if you have any ideas)
